Our Terms and Conditions section is a contract between us and our customers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Late cancellation fee will apply (30 days prior to your arrival date).
- We will endeavour to achieve your expectations throughout your stay with us.
- A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk with be provided upon your arrival.
- No deposit will be taken, however the cleaners will check for any damage or breakages. We understand that accidents may occur but we kindly ask that you inform us so we can organise replacements for our next arrival of guests. Larger breakage costs will apply.
- We will not accept or tolerate any disturbances to other guests or other apartment owners. You will be asked to leave the premises if this may occur (no refund will apply).
- Hen or Stag bookings are NOT accepted.
- We do not allow pets.
- You are not permitted to sleep any additional guests than stated in your booking reservation. You will be charged if extra guests stay without permission at a cost of £50 per person per night. This will be debited from your debit/credit card.
- All rubbish (including any bottles) must be removed from the apartment upon departure & placed in the on site bins located in the parking area. Any rubbish left in the apartment will be charged accordingly (£10 per disposal bag).
- A Wightlink form will be sent to you once your reservation is made, should you require us to book your ferry. If you cancel your stay with us the ferry booking will be cancelled immediately, this will not be refundable.
- One parking space allocated per apartment.
- A cleaning fee of £50 will be taken at the time of reservation.
- Lost keys with a charge of £25 applies.
- Key safe on site (code supplied on arrival).
- Late check out fee applies at a cost of £25 per hour. Our cleaners have a quick turn around so please do not check out late for the arrival of our next guests.
